When operating the Pipe Beveling Equipment, you need to pay attention to the following:

(1) When loading the card, it must ensure that the feed plate of the Pipe Beveling Machine is retracted, and that there is a certain gap 

between the highest point of the nozzle and the beveling knife to avoid damage caused by sudden collision of the tool with the highest point of the nozzle;

(2) When the beveling machine is in the uneven mouth of the slope, it should be fed in a small amount. It is not advisable to eat too 

much knife to avoid damage to the equipment and the beveling knife due to excessive impact force;

(3) When the groove exceeds the maximum amount of the feed, it should stop, remove the equipment to retract the feed plate, and then 

reinstall the groove to avoid damage to the feed nut beyond the feed screw stroke;

(4) If the beveling machine finds that the body is shaking during the process of the groove, it should stop to analyze the cause and 

solve the problem before continuing to work.
