1. Portable
Pipe beveling and cutting machine is mainly used on the construction site. (1) internal expansion pipe groove machine
The internal expansion pipe groove machine is mainly composed of the motor (including the motor reducer), the deceleration system of three planetary transmission reducer combinations, the expansion and tightening mechanism, the feed mechanism, the groove cutter, and the expansion and tightening block.
The internal expansion pipe groove machine is a tool disc which rotates around the central shaft of the groove machine through the high-speed operation of the motor (no-load speed up to 20000 RPM/min or more), through the multi-stage and multi-form gear transmission system, and outputs the rotation speed of the cutter disc and the cutting force of the groove required for the groove operation.
By means of rotating expanding and tightening wheel, the wedge block is moved by expanding and tightening rod to increase and contract the expanding block installed on the inclined block in the radial direction, so as to realize the groove machine's fastening and positioning on the pipe or lose the pipe groove machine.
(2) external clamp pipe groove machine
The external card type pipe groove machine is a cutter disc that rotates around the center of the external card type pipe groove machine through the high-speed operation of the motor and the multi-stage and multi-form gear transmission system, and outputs the cutter disc speed and cutting force required by the groove operation.
By manually rotating the expanding column, the expanding block installed on the expanding column is clamped and contracted in the radial direction, so as to realize the fastening and positioning of the external clamping pipe groove machine on the pipe or the losing groove machine. The feeding mechanism is composed of two parts: the cutting mechanism and the groove mechanism.
2. Fixed
Fixed pipe groove machine, the type is more than a large number of is placed in the workshop to work on the groove. There is mainly a CNC pipe groove machine generally divided into PLC CNC pipe groove machine and CNC pipe groove machine. Of course, there is also a mechanical pipe groove machine, but compared with the degree of CNC automation will be lower. Qianshan pipeline mainly produces a large pipe groove machine, which is the fixed pipe groove machine.
